Please ensure your wicks are cut atleast 1/4in above the wax.
For safety it is reccomended to burn candles for no more than 4hrs at a time. Do NOT burn candles all the way to the surface but instead leave about 1in of wax remaining before discarding (Please reference candle care instructions provided with your order). Full Refund and Exchange for any broken or deffective products upon return.
