Return Policy

 

1.) We do not currently accept returns. All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a product or products because you don't like the fragrance. We will do our best to provide detailed fragrance descriptions. We are not responsible for damaged product during transit. However, it happens and we will work with you on the issue. Please email photos of the damaged product(s) to our email within 3 days after receiving your order.   

 

2.)We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if you receive confirmation that your package was delivered and you haven't received your package. If it is determined that your package is lost or stolen then we will file a claim with the USPS. We are not responsible for incorrect emails or addresses. You will be responsible for the shipping cost when and if returned. Please be sure all information is correct before submitting/finalizing.

 

 

3.) Due to the nature of our product, used candles cannot be return or exchanged. In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will refund or replacement the item within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof must be immediately provided via email to fancycandles.co@gmail.com
